It was full of twists and turns, some expected and some not, but just glad to finally be at this point - winter can be chilly and humid and it is definitely going to be a plus to have working windows that keep out the rain and wind.

Smart predators like a fox can be dissuaded using salt in guns of other non lethal methods. They are able to change behaviors more readily than prey animals like deer, that just keep coming back.

The six roosters are making my poor hen’s lives unbearable since they are in a closed space. Ratio 6 to10 hens. The 3 small hens were starting to starve. I can keep two males. The roosters all go into a cage now until I sort something out. My poor virgin hens were quite molested.
